About Ebenezer Precinct
Ebenezer is a proposed new intermodal terminal precinct in South‑East Queensland, planned to play a key role in supporting future Inland Rail operations and strengthening Australia’s national freight network.
Located on land owned by Economic Development Queensland, Ebenezer has been identified as the preferred site for a northern terminal supporting Inland Rail, with planning focused on an initial 500,000 TEU terminal and up to 850,000m² of co‑located warehousing. Early activation opportunities and joint development options are being explored to unlock the site’s economic potential and deliver a modern, efficient logistics hub for Queensland.
As planning progresses, the Ebenezer precinct will help improve freight reliability, enhance connections across the east‑coast supply chain, and support growing industry and community needs in Queensland.
